Shipping

How much does shipping cost?
Standard U.S. shipping is FREE (2–8 business days). Choose EXPEDITED at checkout (2–4 days) for an additional fee.
When will my order ship?
Orders leave our facility within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
Which carriers do you use?
USPS or FedEx—whichever meets the weight and destination requirements best.
Do you ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO?
Yes—though oversized items may exceed carrier limits. Such orders will be cancelled and fully refunded.
Can I ship internationally?
We ship directly to select countries and via the eBay Global Shipping Program. Unsure about yours? Contact us before purchase.
Will you lower the declared customs value or mark as a gift?
We must declare the actual purchase price. Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your label is created. Some shipments require a signature at delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return window?
Most items qualify for our 30-day “Fast & Easy” return program. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to begin.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
No fee when the item returns in its original condition with all accessories. Excess wear, missing parts, or damage may incur a deduction.
My item arrived defective or DOA—what now?
Email support@openboxcentral.com within 30 days. We’ll send a prepaid label and either replace the item (stock permitting) or issue a full refund.
How long do refunds take?
Please allow 2–3 business days after we receive your return for inspection and processing. Your bank may need an additional 3–5 days to post the credit.

Security & Serial Numbers

Why do you record serial numbers?
We log every serial/IMEI to prevent fraud and ensure you receive the exact same item if it’s ever repaired or replaced. Returns with mismatched serial numbers will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
