OpenBoxCentral is operated by One World LLC. We sell new, open-box, pre-owned electronics, accessories, and repair parts. Each product listing describes its condition and what is included. Items specifically marked “for parts,” “not working,” or “as is” are not offered as fully functional products. Our Return & Refund Policy explains eligibility and exclusions.
3. Ordering and Payment
All orders are offers to purchase, subject to acceptance. Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable taxes and any delivery charges are shown in the order total before purchase. We accept credit and debit cards through secure checkout. You must be authorized to use the chosen payment method. Purchases on this website do not require a paid membership.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Our standard U.S. shipping offer, handling times, delivery estimates, and international-shipping information are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery eligibility and any applicable charges depend on the item and destination. International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Most items may be returned within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery under our Return & Refund Policy. It explains exclusions, required condition, return postage, possible deductions, and refund timing. Contact help@openboxcentral.com before sending a return. The Return & Refund Policy governs product-return eligibility; products are not automatically final sale merely because they are pre-owned.

Products and Website are provided “as‑is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
7. Limitation of Liability
One World LLC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product at issue.

All Website content is owned by One World LLC or licensors. You receive a limited, non‑transferable license for personal use only.

We are not responsible for content or practices of third‑party sites linked from our Website.
15. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website indicates acceptance of changes.
17. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access for violations. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and One World LLC regarding the Website.
19. Severability
If any provision is found invalid, the remainder will remain in force.
